We are a small Portuguese team from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (about 15 members) comprised mainly of automotive engineering students. This is our third year as a competing team having participated in 2014 (Class 2) and 2015 (Class 1).
With our previous experience we are currently focusing our efforts into building an affordable and dynamically balanced car, with a good amount of torque that surpasses our previous project in reliability and lightness.
On the other hand, we want to take more time on car testing aided by the data acquisition systems so that we can better understand the car’s behavior.
Finally, a great thanks for those that support us in different ways: sponsors, advisor, alumni, family and friends.
