LA’s a very intriguing team to trade with…. If the Avs could end up with a young forward like Kempe/Vilardi or even go little older with Iafallo. Forward & *something* would be a nice return

The rest of it still counts towards the cap, the most the Canadiens can take on salary cap wise is 50%, so the avs would be on the hook for 5.25

I’d take Price if the Avs paid his base +$1-3mil per year over the rest of the term. MTL would have to eat the rest of that albatross.

Please dont touch price with a ten foot stick, overpriced, overage and under performing. Only way is if they pay us to take him! retain like half that contract and give us a first round pick
