ENIM Formula Student 009 is a team of 16 engineering students from the National Engineering School of Metz (France) and 6 engineering students from the Arts et Metiers.
This partnership between these schools will allow to progress in the European ranking.
This year is an important year because we will build a new carbon monocoque, the first one in France. We are going to be able to concentrate of advantage on the following points, and which represent our objectives :
– Build a new carbon monocoque (with honeycomb).
– Attend 2 events of Formula Student, in England and in Spain.
We have only one year to draw and build this car, and we are really motivated with all our partners (Thyssenkrupp, Class, Safran SLCA, …), especially for the first French carbon monocoque!
We are divided into 5 different departments which are working together, in order to manufacture the car as soon as possible. So we would be able to run some tests on the car to be well prepared for the competition.
