Team Profile

HFUT racing team is a young Formula SAE Electric team from China, and this is the second competition in its history. Hefei University of Technology has a very rich history in the automotive industry that it has four years FSAE (IC) experience. This history helps create a clear path to a goal of a successful racecar by simply going off of the core values that their team stands for. These values are ingenuity, being cost savvy, doing the appropriate amount of research, and an endless pursuit of going fast.

In 2013, HFUT racing team competed in 4th Formula Student China and won the first place in the formula SAE Electric and awards sponsoring oversea Formula SAE Series competitions.

2014 is a year that encapsulates these goals more than previous years in the careful crafting of designs, components, and calibrations. HFUT racing is on a promising track to even greater success and looks to continue its steady path of improvement with next race car.
