The URE06 is the second full electric Formula Student race car from University Racing Eindhoven. University Racing Eindhoven has focused on improving the handling of the URE06. To realise the URE06, the reliable power train from last year’s car is used and the monocoque, rear frame and the multilink suspension is completely new. The new monocoque has become lighter and stiffer, as well as the rear frame. To improve the handling even more, a complete new multilink suspension system is developed. The custom designed electronic differential is set up to increase cornering speed by using torque vectoring.
