Uludağ

We, the Uludağ Racing Team, are the first Turkish team ever to attend the Formula Student competition. We are composed of 7 members studying at Department of Mechanical Engineering. Since we decided to start this project late, we’ve always had a very short time to design, analyse and manufacture. Because of that, we’ve been working very hard to complete the car and compete on the track successfully. As the time passes by and as we build the car, we start to become much more excited and keen about the project. We are always trying to do our best to make the components durable enough and light by making analysis. We also pay attention to the dynamic features of the car by taking care of every single member of the suspension system. This project has really been very beneficial for us for developing our engineering skills even though we don’t have much time to get the best out of the project. We’ll be happy to contribute to developing this culture in Turkey.
