Avalanche Release Full Media Day and Training Camp Schedule

We’re only 26 days away from the unofficial start of the 2025-26 season.

The Avalanche, who released their preseason schedule earlier in the summer, sent out an updated calendar on Friday with specific dates and times leading up to opening night.

On Sept. 11, rookies will report to Family Sports at 10:30 a.m. for practice. The Rookie Tournament at South Suburban Sports Complex begins the following day against Utah at 6 p.m.

After that tournament concludes, season-opening media day will take place on Sept. 17, and training camp at Family Sports starts the 18th at 9 a.m.

Three days later, the Avs will play Utah in two split squad games at Magness Arena and Ball Arena to open the preseason.
