Salesian Polytechnic University is the first Ecuadorian entry into Formula Student that will participate with an electric vehicle.
This year, the team has focused on components such as carbon fibre treatment and HV battery construction. Their car will be completed one month before the event takes place to enable air transport of the vehicle from one continent to another. Their main objective is to be competitive at Silverstone. The university is covering all expenses for their first entry and they hope to have new sponsors for future participation.
