Imperial Racing Green Formula Student Team’s Class 1 entry for 2017 is a battery electric, zero emissions racing vehicle.
The onus of the design has been placed on reliability, with the car utilising a single Emrax 228 motor and a mechanical limited slip differential. The accumulator is worthy of note, having been designed and assembled entirely within the department by members of the Formula Student team as a one-off for EV2.
