Team Profile:

Formula Electric Belgium is the one and only Formula Student team in Belgium. Last year there were still two Belgium teams: Formula Group T and Thomas More Innovation. These two teams are merged now and became one, namely Formula Electric Belgium (FEB). FEB focuses on weight reduction and reliability. Weight reduction through optimization of every single component. The second Belgium formula student monocoque weighs 30% less than the first one. Reliability through self-designed motors and a well fitted cable loom. Each cable has been cut and each connection has been made before the team put the cable loom into the car. By designing the motors our self we were able to integrate the motor, gearbox and cooling into one single housing. This summer the teams want to become a decent competitor for other formula student teams.
