Queen Mary University of London

After attending the 2016 Silverstone competition for the first time, they recruited in both quantity and quality.

Steadily expanding in numbers, they have established Queen Mary Formula Student within their university and gained recognition. With sustainability in mind, their team structure is focused on learning and development in both operational and engineering capacities. As one of the newest teams, in their second year of attendance at Silverstone, this year represents their first Class 1 attempt. With over 40 members, their aim is to develop their understanding as a team, while learning from the competition, to ensure they bring more of a competitive package in the following years. They believe that their variety is an asset, each member offers their own skills, creating a very distinct work environment. Students range from all disciplines of Engineering, to Finance, Biochemistry, Film and Linguistic Studies and are all driven by the same goal: to establish a successful Formula Student team.
